Business Tax Services

Business tax, handled with confidence.

For South African businesses, tax compliance isn’t just a legal duty — it protects your reputation and your bottom line.

Overview

Tax that protects, not just complies.

Company tax, VAT and provisional tax can drain your time and, if they slip, expose you to penalties and legal action. Handled properly and ahead of time, tax becomes a steady part of your stability and growth instead of a worry.

Based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), we provide business tax services to companies, close corporations and trusts across the country — so you can get on with running the business.

Company, CC & trust returns

Returns prepared accurately and on time

Corporate income tax is detailed work. We calculate and prepare returns for companies and close corporations — declaring income, expenses and capital allowances correctly — and for trusts of various structures. Precise, on-time submissions keep you clear of penalties and legal trouble.

Frequently asked questions

A private company must register for income tax and submit annual returns (ITR14), make two provisional tax payments a year, and — if VAT-registered — submit VAT201 returns monthly or bi-monthly. It also manages PAYE for employees, and possibly SDL and UIF contributions.

Registration is compulsory once your taxable supplies exceed (or are likely to exceed) R1 million in any 12-month period. You can register voluntarily once they pass R50,000 in a 12-month period, which lets you claim input VAT on expenses. We can help you decide the right time and manage the registration.

Don't panic, and don't ignore it — it needs a proper, structured response. Contact your tax professional straight away. We guide you on what to provide, make sure everything submitted is accurate and complete, represent your business with SARS, and work out the best way to resolve it efficiently.

Yes. Beyond compliance, we advise on the right tax structure for your business, point out legitimate deductions you may be missing, and look for ways to legally reduce your tax. Planning ahead can make a real difference to your numbers.

A Tax Clearance Certificate confirms your tax affairs are in order with SARS. It's often required to bid on government tenders, secure contracts with larger companies, and for certain import/export or foreign-exchange dealings. We make sure your obligations are met and apply for the certificate so you don't lose opportunities to delays.
