Your tax shouldn’t be a source of stress — it should be a steady part of your financial peace of mind.
Individual taxpayers in South Africa face their own challenges — multiple income streams, foreign income, or the tax side of new crypto investments. Get it right and on time, and you avoid penalties and worry.
Based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), we look after individuals across the whole country, keeping you compliant with SARS and your mind at ease.
We take the guesswork out of your annual return, claiming every legitimate deduction:

If you earn income beyond a salary, you're likely a provisional taxpayer. We calculate and submit your provisional returns (IRP6) so there are no year-end surprises or underpayment penalties. New to tax, or prefer a professional to handle it? We assist with your income tax registration on e-Filing and submit your returns for you, start to finish.

A letter from SARS about an audit, arrears or a penalty can be unsettling. We act as your representative — managing audits, addressing arrears, contesting penalties, and handling objections and disputes. We also guide you through Capital Gains Tax on property or shares, obtain Tax Clearance Certificates for visas, emigration or finance, and provide specialised crypto-currency tax submission and advice.

You gain more than a tax preparer — a trusted advisor who cares about getting it right for you.
Every situation is different; we shape the work around yours.
We carry the load and make sure submissions are accurate and on time.
Beyond compliance, practical guidance to manage your tax well.
Your financial information is handled with the utmost care.
Not always. If you earn below a set threshold from a single employer, with no other income and no extra deductions, you may not need to. But it's often worth submitting if you have deductions to claim — like medical expenses or retirement annuity contributions — or simply to keep your tax affairs fully reconciled. When in doubt, ask.
Provisional tax applies to income that isn't taxed through PAYE — like rental income, sole-proprietor profit or investment income. You're generally a provisional taxpayer if you earn meaningful income that isn't a salary, or work as an independent contractor. Even if you're employed, significant extra income can make you one. We can confirm your status.
On a primary residence there's a large exclusion (currently R2 million), so if your gain is below that, no CGT applies. For other property or shares, the gain is added to your taxable income for the year and a portion is taxed at your marginal rate. It's a detailed area, and accurate calculations matter so you don't overpay.
Yes. SARS treats cryptocurrency as an asset. When you dispose of it — selling for cash, swapping for other crypto, or spending it — any profit can attract Capital Gains Tax, or income tax if you're trading. Keep careful records of dates, values and purposes. We provide specialised crypto tax advice and submission to keep you compliant.
Absolutely. We assist with SARS audits, manage tax arrears, dispute penalties and handle objections. Don't ignore correspondence from SARS — we can act as your representative, deal with them on your behalf, help compile the documents, and work towards resolving it efficiently while keeping your liability as low as legitimately possible.
Tell us a little about your situation and we'll come back to you. Or reach us directly during business hours.
